About Lightfighter
Lightfighter began as a passion project for our founders to develop a purpose-built electric motorcycle for club racing events. As the bike revealed its strengths, the team took on larger challenges racing head-to-head with some of the fastest gas-powered competitors in the US club race scene.

Fabrication and Prototyping Lead
Ely Schless
Superbike racer, master mechanic, and visionary fabricator, Ely has been shaping the future of two-wheeled performance for decades. In 2003, with his ElectricMoto company, he introduced the Blade — one of the first consumer electric motocross bikes — cementing his status as an EV motorcycle pioneer. Whether building championship-winning race machines or perfecting his bagels, Ely’s craftsmanship is unmatched.

Brian Wismann
A performance and alternative energy enthusiast from an early age, Brian has led race teams to compete at the Isle of Man TT, Pikes Peak, and other top racing events. He has also led Engineering teams at Zero Motorcycles and Brammo Motorsports to deliver over a dozen electric motorcycle products to market over a 15+ year career in the industry. His work blends innovation, performance, and a passion for leveraging technology.
Chief Technology Officer
Nick Lambert
Nick brings over a decade of experience in global operations and product launches, including nine years at Tesla leading vehicle quality, new product introduction, and global operations. With a background in electric motor technology and multiple patents to his name, he has guided complex programs from prototype to full-scale production. As a race engineer with Lightfighter, Nick combines his engineering expertise with a passion for high-performance motorcycles.
